Which duty aligns with the saying that people are our most important resource?

Focusing on people first means prioritizing the welfare, safety, and support of your teammates. Taking care of our Wingmen embodies this by looking out for their health, morale, and readiness, mentoring them, and making sure they have what they need to stay safe and perform well. In a team or military context, this Wingman mindset directly translates the principle that people are the most important resource, because it centers on the lives and well-being of those you work with. Maintaining equipment, while essential, is about the assets you rely on rather than the people using them. Ensuring safety and compliance targets rules and hazards, which is crucial but not as directly tied to the people-first message. Optimizing budgets focuses on resources and costs, not on the people who carry out the mission. So the duty that best aligns with people being the most important resource is taking care of Wingmen.
