Access to an Airman's promotion scores is limited to those with a legitimate need to know within the chain of command. The Base Legal Office would only access personal records for a specific legal matter, and a Public Affairs Officer handles communications, not personnel data, so they wouldn’t routinely access promotion scores without a defined need.
