Where can you find the complete charts for calculating points and factors for enlisted promotions?

The scoring for enlisted promotions is governed by the Weighted Airman Promotion System (WAPS), and the complete charts showing how many points each factor contributes and how they combine are located in the official instruction that covers enlisted promotions. AFI 36-2502—Enlisted Promotions and Reductions—provides the full, authoritative charts and rules for calculating the total promotion score, including the weightings for factors like testing, supervisor evaluations, time in service/grade, professional military education, decorations, and other credentials. Because it lays out the exact charts and how they’re applied, it’s the correct source to consult for the complete calculation framework.
